This is a deep and challenging episode. We ravage through the topics of the dualism argument, the gender fluidity of God, humanism, eastern versus western world views, outer space, Elon Musk, social justice, and why the church has sucked at it. That's just in the first half!
You will enjoy Zach Hunter, his thoughts, ideas, LGBTQ inclusivity, and his challenging of modern day Christianity.
"Justice is not just something for white Christians to seek for "exotic" parts of the world from the comfort of our couches. Justice is here and now. Justice is the same whether we are talking about the treatment of LGBT+ people, victims of police violence, or victims of human trafficking. It is the same Justice. Seeking Justice is one of the most practical acts of worship in which a Christian can take part. It is practically loving your neighbor; it is respecting the temple, the image of God."

I'm A Loser, happens every month, at the end of the month. You send us stuff, and we discuss it.
We take a couple of calls from the losers and talk about my testicles, pharmaceutical use in America, Cannabis, and Ayahuasca or Iowaska. We get some encouragement and thoughts from you all on Facebook, Instagram, and email. Then we spend some time reading a great article you sent in from Glen Beck?
As we wrap up the show, a new Loser sent in an amazing video of former Supreme Court Justice David Souter sharing his fear of losing democracy due to Americans being ignorant about civics and how government works.

The statistics are in. Christianity and the Western Christian Church is losing. Which is exciting to some and frightening to others. Author and Abolitionist Zach Hunter and I have a fabulous discussion around justice, empathy, and compassion as well as we both take sides on whether or not we feel the church is worth saving in our lifetime.
As many of you know, I donโt have a lot of โChristiansโ on the show. Iโm tired of them, their message and reasoning are incomplete, and their audience is enabled not empowered. Zach is an exception to my religious profiling. Heโs educated and impassioned about bring justice to an unjust world. Heโs not defensive of the church; he's challenging it.
As one who has left the church with no hope of returning. I Zac, have nothing of value to bring them. I left the building; I vacated the property, I'm now nothing more than an apostate, a heretic, so my opinion should be meaningless because I have chosen to desert them, not help them change. But Zach feels differently, and I am glad he does.

This is Arthur Williams. Heโs a rapper, an artist, a character, even a comedian, but behind it all; heโs a person. Too often we look to those who entertain us, represent us, or lead us as some kind of demagogues, but they're people. Weโre a finicky species. If someone doesnโt please us to our liking, we move on.
However, there are real people behind the characters we see. They deserve a shot! They deserve to be heard. The deserve to be human, to mess up, to grow, and to live their life without our input.
I am very grateful for Art spending so much time with us in these episodes. I know his work will bring you joy.

Inevitably we talk about the black and white thing. About the police, about Black Lives Matter, about our experiences with the cops, but we go far beyond that. Because Art is way bigger than all of that and he shows it in his art form, how he treats people, and how he approaches life.
Art "KingDro" Will is a rapper, an entertainer, an artist, and a music producer. I have found His No Particular Style Productions to be a reflection of who he is as a person. He comes at you as he comes at you, person to person. Straight talk, no bullshit, looking to keep that party going.

In this episode, Justin, our 25-year-old Naval Hospital Corpsman, Third Class, Fleet Marine Force, HM3(FMF), Loser. Shares about what to do about suicide as a military, armed forces, corpsman. He shares candidly about the militaries abundance of awareness training, but the serious lack of problem-solving availability when it comes to suicide help in the military.
Like most large organizations, there is a severe culture problem. When it comes to Marines getting help. If there is help to be sought out, it's hard to gain traction because you're moving around all the time. Not to mention, what Marine would get help when their superiors and peers all take a stance of "needing help means you're weak." As far as I'm concerned, F**K THEM!
